Our experience in performance management has identified four (4) focus areas in 'chasing performance':

Action iT (Pty) Ltd, focusing on the User eXperience offering (i.e. system support and process support) provided to our clients;

Action Assist (Pty) Ltd, focusing on the development of the Action Assist Software;

Action iT Learning (Pty) Ltd, focusing on the delivery of all capacity building / learning interventions; and

Action iT People (Pty) Ltd, the focusing on providing experienced resources to provide the required process support to our clients.
Our dedicated and committed team work remotely across the country, and are supported by our User eXperience team that are based at our office in Century City, Cape Town.
The Action iT team of professionals together with our strategic business partners have, over many years, gained vast experience in the rollout of interventions in defining, implementing, managing and reporting on the Strategic Direction of organisations. These interventions include the implementation and support of Action Assist and the process support services, training, capacity building and support required to meet the client’s strategic intent.
Where required, our online technology tool “Action Assist” can assist with the management of the tasks needed to achieve the expected outcomes.

Our Story
​Founded in 2006, Action iT began as a small enterprise focused on performance management within the municipal sector. Starting with just one municipality, we've grown our client base to over 50 across South Africa. This journey has been both exciting and fulfilling, teaching us the importance of innovation, teamwork, and resilience in a constantly evolving landscape.
Our diverse team leverages individual strengths to deliver a truly South African user experience. We are deeply committed to addressing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) challenges, engaging in stakeholder capacity building and promoting good governance.
To maximize our impact, we have launched three key initiatives:
1. Supporting TAG Rugby: We proudly sponsor school rugby teams to foster community unity and engagement, currently supporting Makaleng, Mashupye Tladi, and Rev MP Malatjie Primary Schools.
2. Employee Development: We provide our employees with access to housing, safety, and learning opportunities, ensuring they are supported in both their personal and professional lives.
3. Entrepreneurship Empowerment: Through Action iT People, we empower qualifying shareholders to create black-owned subcontractor businesses, enhancing professional growth and service delivery.
