Tag Rugby® Adopt-a-School Programmes
Action iT proudly supports a Tag Rugby® programme in Polokwane, fostering sportsmanship, active lifestyles, and youth development in the community. By supporting this programme, we aim to instil the values of teamwork, discipline, and fair play among young athletes. These programmes not only encourage physical activity but also provide a platform for personal growth and social cohesion, empowering youth to develop essential life skills while enjoying the spirit of Tag Rugby®. Through our partnership with the Tag Rugby® Association, we strive to make a positive impact on the lives of these children, helping them build a brighter future.
Programme Impact
By engaging students in Polokwane, these initiatives promote physical fitness and teamwork, enhancing the overall well-being of the youth. Additionally, the programs foster a sense of community within the three particpating schools, Makaleng, Mashupye Tladi, and Rev MP Malatjie Primary Schools, encouraging collaboration and school spirit. On a broader scale, the initiative has created job opportunities for local coaches, contributing to economic growth in the area while empowering young individuals to pursue active, engaged lifestyles.
